“ We came here as a big group and we got the best Mediterranean culinary experience. Everything from starters to mains was just marvelous. The fish dominates most of the plates and the staff will help you find a great wine that pairs well with your dish. What stood out was the wild boar goulash with house made gnocchi. Local olive oil with home made bread and Brancin from the grill. Deserts are very nice as well. Might be the best place on Hvar considering the quality price ratio. ”
“ Went there three times within three days! The service is great ! The food is delicious ! Fish is fresh and delivered everyday by local fishermen (I saw it with my own eyes)! The name of the restaurant actually means : two fishermen. I highly recommend this restaurant. Octopus whether cooked or raw (carpaccio) is to be tasted. And the tuna steak !!! You definitely have to order it ! It’s the best tuna steak I’ve ever eaten in my whole life (and I’m saying it as a middle-aged man who loves tuna steak). ”
“ Great setting and service. The food was mediocre at best. I am surprised at all the 5 star reviews. The portions are small and French fries accompany a lot of the dishes. The highlight of the meal was the mussel appetizer. There was one whole uncleaned shrimp on my son’s seafood plate. The shrimp was bad (mushy and sour) and the waiter disagreed with me. I told him to take a bite of it and he backed down. He took it off the bill and brought our kids a dessert plate and the adults brandy to make up for it. The bill was $150e for two adults and two children. ”
“ This was the highlight of our trip in Hvar! The view, food and service were all top notch! From the restaurant we had wonderful views of the Hvar port. Ivok, our server was so friendly in helping us with the menu. He showed us the fresh catches for the day and advised us on what to order. We had the Black Mussels in White Wine sauce and the exotic red Scorpion fish cooked in the Wood Fire stove. Both were delicious, but the fish from the Wood Fire stove was a true experience. ”
“ Wow! This was my favorite meal during my time in Croatia. Everything was SO fresh and delicious. We split the “big salad” and had the wood-fired octopus- HIGHLY recommend! Best octopus I’ve had ever. The garlic butter sauce with all the veggies was soooo good. Service was great and there’s a great view. ”
“ Amazing food with sea view in Hvar! The fried calamari is so perfectly-cooked - crunchy and with enough salt. The sea bream fish is ok-ish. Service is good as the waiter is very friendly and helped to remove the fish bones. They also gave a traditional drink which was on the house and it was a nice Brandi fusion drink :) Tip is expected, but i am not sure how much is appropriate. We gave 10% as the total bills was less than 80 EUR, and it seems that the waiter was not very satisfied with it. All and all, the food is nice, atmosphere is nice. Would recommend and come back if I ever visit Hvar! ”
